Global Scouts & Guides Organisation

OUR ORGANISATION

About Us

We have a fully dedicated and hardworking team with well trained leaders who give their efforts to encourage the scouts so that they could promote fellowship and belonging in the society.

Our founder Mr. Baden-Powell served in the British Army in India and Africa from 1876 to 1910. Baden-Powell was educated at Charterhouse School and served in the British Army in India and Africa from 1876 to 1910. In 1899, during the Second Boer War in South Africa, Baden-Powell successfully defended the city at the Siege of Maeking.

Some of his books, written during the African period for military reconnaissance and reconnaissance training, were also read by boys. In August 1907 he organized a demonstration camp, the Brownsea Island Scout Camp, which is now considered the beginning of Scouting.
Building on his earlier writings, particularly Aid to Scouting, he wrote Scouting for Boys, published in 1908 by Sir Arthur Pearson for a juvenile readership. In 1910, Baden-Powell retired from the Army and founded the Scout Society.

The first Scout rally he held at Crystal Palace in 1909. Girls in Boy Scout uniforms were present and told Baden-Powell that they were “Girl Scouts”. In 1910 Baden-Powell and his sister Agnes Baden-Powell founded an organization of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts.
In 1912 he married Olave St. Clair Soames. He coached his Boy Scouts and his Girl Leader movement until his retirement in 1937. Baden-Powell spent his final years in Nyeri, Kenya, where he died and was buried in 1941. His grave is a national monument.

We follow his path as he was the epitome of bravery and knowledge. We are happy to see that our motive is getting accomplished day by day. Our youth is joining us with the same dedication of loving and living for our nation and their people.

We started in 2019 and now can’t believe to get an immense audience who are loving us and our work through our organization. They are joining us with full enthusiasm. Progress needs time, and we can see the progress the youth of our organization is making.
We monitor the needs of the society on a daily basis, so that we could train our scouts for updated changes needed in society. Irrespective of the discrimination of caste, color, creed and gender, we welcome everyone with open hands in our organization.
